Digital business professional with over 10 years experience in the Australian internet, mobile and technology industries.

I work with companies to turn their online and mobile assets into sales channels, and I have proven experience in business analysis, business process improvement, strategic planning, project management (Agile & Waterfall), product management, business development and marketing and communications.

I am a motivated, a self starter, who thrives in both a business start up situation & more structured corporate environments. My strengths lie in commercial and operational management of the businesses to ensure growth and profitability.

As technology projects become more complicated and the pressure to "do more with less" becomes the rule of thumb, the need for technology managers to be well-versed with project management best practices becomes even more critical. I am an experienced Program and Senior Project Manager, comfortable working on large programs of works and large and complex projects through to smaller pieces of work projects , well organized and able to multi-task, with a desire to excel against demanding customer expectations, and more than willing to take charge of the end-to-end delivery of the project lifecycle.

My experience includes

  • Project governance and program management, including day-to-day management and resolution of risks, issues and dependencies with budgets in excess of $10 Million
  • Demonstrated experience in using PM methodologies and tools such as Agile (Scrum), Waterfall, MS Project. JIRA/Confluence
  • Proven ability in implementing, developing, implementing and enhancing Agile project frameworks and working practices.
